Grace Insurance was founded in 2014 by Marelyn Carlos, who began her journey from the ground up in the insurance industry with one simple belief: insurance should be about helping people, not simply selling policies.

As she grew in the industry, Marelyn discovered how meaningful it was to help families save money while protecting the things they had worked so hard for—their homes, vehicles, property, businesses, and peace of mind. That customer-first philosophy became the foundation of Grace Insurance and continues to guide the way we serve our community today.

The name “Grace” was inspired by the founder’s belief that, through the Grace of God, all things are possible. That belief remains at the heart of our values, purpose, and commitment to treating every customer with care, honesty, and respect.
